Description

The Barri Davies Electrical team designed and installed a brand new Solar PV system for Gwersyll yr Urdd, designed to allow them to offset the cost of their annual energy consumption.

The Solar Panels have been installed on the curved-seamed roof of the Sports Hall and Activity Centre - we’re currently considering adding additional Solar Panels with Battery Storage to help increase the output of the site.

The Savings

With an annual energy consumption in excess of 220MWh, we knew exactly the way to go about this and install a Solar PV system that totalled 62.0kWp being connected to 5 x Fronius 10kW Single-Phase String Inverters to help offset their energy consumption.
